Our Commitment to Quality
We take pride in every item we produce. Each order is custom-printed just for you through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printful. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges — but we absolutely stand behind the quality of what we create.
Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. Because every item is printed specifically for you at the time of your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size

Change of mind or no longer wanting the item

Purchasing as a gift that didn't work out

Preference-based dissatisfaction (color perception on screens vs. print, etc.)
We strongly encourage you to review our Size Guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
Quality Issues — We've Got You
We absolutely want you to receive exactly what you ordered, in perfect condition. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will make it right at no cost to you:

Misprints — blurry, faded, or incorrectly printed graphics

Wrong item received — wrong design, wrong color, or wrong product type

Damaged or defective items — tears, holes, or manufacturing defects upon arrival

Missing items — if part of your order was not included
How to Submit a Quality Claim

Email us at somecoolsomecliche@gmail.com within 30 days of your delivery date.

Include your order number in the subject line.

Attach clear photos of the item showing the issue.

We'll review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
If your claim is approved, we will ship a free replacement to you. Replacements are subject to product availability.
Please note: We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for quality claims submitted after 30 days of the delivery date.
Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you — reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

Check with neighbors and around your property.

Contact your local post office or carrier.

If the package is still unaccounted for, reach out to us at somecoolsomecliche@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.
We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
