How Our Orders Work
Every item in our store is custom-printed just for you through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printful. This means your order goes through two phases before it arrives at your door: fulfillment (production) and shipping.
Fulfillment (Production) Time
Once you place your order, it enters production. Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days. Over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days.
Please note: Fulfillment time is separate from shipping time and begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Shipping Time
After your order is fulfilled, it is handed off to the carrier for delivery. Shipping time varies based on your destination and is estimated using historical delivery data for your region.

Estimated Delivery Time
Your total estimated delivery window is:
Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time = Estimated Delivery Time
For most U.S. orders, you can expect to receive your order within 5–12 business days from the date of purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey directly through the carrier's website.

Order Cutoffs & Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin fulfillment the next business day.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information hasn't updated in several days or your package appears stuck in transit, please:

Allow 1–2 extra business days, as scans can sometimes be delayed.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be assessed by their country's customs authority upon delivery. These charges are outside our control and are not included in your order total.
